Do you know adding meta tags is so important if you want to get more traffic from search engines like google,yahoo,msn,etc.so many website get traffic from this…
Normally meta tag on the website is like this
<meta name="description" content="all resource about art">
<meta name="keywords" content="about art, culture, etc">
<meta name="author" content="p4ladin">
<meta name="robots" content="index, follow">
<meta name="revisit-after" content="1 Week">
<meta name="language" content="EN">
<meta name="rating" content="general">
<meta name="generator" content="Submission">
But on the blogger Meta tag be divided 3:
1. Description
See that sentence “ Free Website URL Submission to 40 top search engines and directories. Increase your website traffic in less than 2 minutes with our autmated submission”. Ok that sentence we called “ Meta tag Description”
2. Keywords
another one is Meta Keywords which tells about your site keywords(what your site is all about)
3. Author
How to add Meta tag on the blogger?
First login -> on the blogger dashboard -> click layout-> edit html
